In order to meet the needs of multiple occasions, masterbatch needs to be brushed during use. In this process, abnormal phenomena such as wire breakage may occur. Why？
1. The raw materials contain water. In the drawing process of color master batch, there are bubbles and broken wires. Therefore, attention shall be paid to the waterproof, moisture-proof, ventilation and direct sunlight during the storage of materials. Materials with high moisture content shall be used after drying.
2. The thermal traction ratio is inappropriate. The traction ratio is too small, the wire is not fully stretched, and the tension is small. The thermal traction ratio is large, and the wire will break if it exceeds the limit value.
3. The hot water tank is too short, and the filament is not up to the upper limit of color masterbatch after overheating traction.
4. The screw speed is fast or slow, and the traction cannot automatically adjust the speed. The thickness of the silk is different, affecting the tension of the silk or breaking the silk.
Therefore, we should pay attention to the above problems in the drawing process of color masterbatch to prevent wire breakage. In addition, in addition to the above problems, it should be noted that the addition amount should not be too much, otherwise it will be counterproductive.
